Many good and awesome things happened today! Let me tell you about them. :)
---- I got a review on my essay thesis for WW class; one of my classmates, also writing on the same scholarly article, likes my postulation, and agrees with it in part. :D
---- We watched advertisements in Chinese class, and there was an awesome Skoda one where they cooked lots of gingerbread and thigns and assembled a car out of it. Yum!
---- ---- And here it is, on youtube!
---- In my break, I had some more godly soup. Mmmmm, godly soup.
---- The religion class was about the Bhagavad-Gita. I was iffy about it: I didn't understand much of the book except for one bit.
---- ----(background: the b-g is a scripture of Hinduism; Lord Krishna talks to Arjuna, a human, on a battlefield, and gives him the precepts of what is today's hinduism. Most of it is a pep talk. there is one section where Krishna reveals his true form: an unexplainable everythign-in-the-world that I found more easy to understand than all the religious precepts combined.)
---- ---- I stayed after to talk about this with my religion teacher, and ended up with like an half-hour-long talk about everything: the world, religions, the way to look at things, the importance of observing, etc. It was really awesome, and she gave me a lot to think about. :)
---- I finally got that awesome flute/trance song from CC.

---- ---- That is a delightfully silly music video they have for it, by the way. I love it. :D
---- There was a lovely big T-storm outside this evening. Fantastic lightning!
---- I wrote the American Novel essay.
---- ---- This is what I missed in china. This is one thing I couldn't do there, and I can do here. There's a real, awesome joy I get out of a good analysis and construction of an argument, and out of close textual analysis. It's fun! I like it! I couldn't do this with rote memorization. I can do it here, though. :)
---- ---- Is it my imagination or has my writing - and my analysis - gotten better while I was in the PR of C? I look at my essays from before in comparision to this essay, and well ... I have a good feeling about this essay. :)
