Some of you might probably know this already but I've been uberly convinced from the very beginning that Fuji's the real Prince of Tennis, not Ryoma. There are less than half a dozen chapters left and I thought it's time to clarify my point of view ;DD
(
Here are evidences I've collected, that indicate that Fuji's the real Prince of Tennis!! )
-this made me laugh. Fuji is awesome and made of win. Cool thing about Fuji meaning 'not second', I didn't know that. All I knew was that Fuji was an illusion to Fuji films and so one of Fuji's hobbies was photography. I think, actually, there are more than one prince in Prince of Tennis and so it should be called Princes of Tennis. I mean, we have Tezuka, Fuji, Yukimura, Atobe (who calls himself ore-sama, what more proof do we need?) and several others.
One thing's certain: Ryoma = brat, not prince. Agreed.

BTW I don't think I've seen Yukimura play tennis yet... what chapters?

Maybe, it's just me with interpretaing too much, but I don't think that's a coincidence that Fuji's kanji can mean "not second"
We only see Yukimura holding a racket in some of chapters. No match was shown and we know next to nothing about his play style, but they are some backgorund infos e.g. that he played against Kirihara at least once. Remember when Kirihara remembers that he was crushed by Rikkai's demons?

Anyhow given how predicable PoT has always been, we know Ryoma is the "chosen one", but wouldn't it be cool if Konomi came out in the end (read: my daydream) to say "I got you all fooled, Fuji is the real prince!"? It would be like a super twist ending! =)
