I just stumbled across a website called "Operation Beautiful." It's a concept where people write uplifting messages about loving yourself for who you are and thinking that your beautiful no matter what you look like...on Post It notes. They put these notes in public places like fitting room and bathroom mirrors, inside dieting books, on sides of public mailboxes, basically anywhere that they will be seen and appreciated.
