Ok, so I did it. 3 weeks done & over with last Sunday. So for 21 days I did not have a coffee (& still haven't had the desire for it, yay!), no red meat (*cry* no steaks..), no sugar except honey, no spicy foods (I'm an Indian food fanatic, so not the easiest thing to without), no alcohol (hurmmm...) & no bubble tea & if you knew me, going 1
