Once again, it's been a while since I've updated. Things have been pretty crazy around here lately. My mom's still out on Medical Leave. She hasn't gotten much better since her surgery, they think that they may have disrupted her bowels or something when they were inside. So, she has to go in for a cat-scan tomorrow.

We went to the first Patriots training camp at Gilette Stadium on Thursday. It was fun. I got to see Tom Brady up close... We're going to the private Patriots practice tomorrow for Season Ticket holders. My step-dad has season tickets with his friends. I'm really excited for that. I've got some pictures from the practice on Thursday.

I've probably told some people this, that I'm going to be a featured writer in the book that Lynne Hughes (founder of Comfort Zone Camp) wrote. The release date is going to be September 1st, the day before I move back into school. I'm so excited! They just posted the book up on amazon. I'm going down to Virginia on August 23rd to volunteer at one of their week-long camps. It's going to be one of the high lights of my summer.

I still haven't written much about the cruise I took with my mom and Kate. It was lots of fun. We got to Miami on thursday the 14th after an extremely long day in the airport. Our flight was delayed 3 hours because of an error by the airline. They forgot to have a plane at Providence for our flight, so they had to send one from Ft. Lauderdale!  We stayed at the Radisson, which was beautiful. When we got there, they upgraded us to a suite, which was pretty cool. Friday, we boarded the ship. It was alot different than the Royal Caribbean one that my family and I were on in March. But it was still nice. The first night, kate and I got scalp massages at the Spa and I won a facial in a contest, which was pretty cool. The port we stopped in for a day and night was Nassau Bahamas, which was alot nicer than I expected. People told us that they didn't like Nassau, but I thought it was beatuiful. We went to a resort for the whole day, swan in the ocean and their pool and just laid out on the beach. Then we shopped in town for a while. We went back to the ship to relax and eat dinner. Then we took a taxi to Atlantis on Paradise Island, which was beautiful. We walked around there for a while and then took a taxi back to the ship. The taxi driver serenaded us with Back at One by Brian Mcknight, which was hysterical. The next day was at sea, which I personally enjoy more than port days. Its so peaceful, just watching the ocean go by. I got the facial done that I won and my mom and I got manicures done. We watched the performance, which had a Broadway theme (Made my night lol ). The monday morning we arrived back in Miami. We ended up doing an everglades tour to pass the time because our flight wasn't till the night time. I enjoyed taking the airboat tour and seeing the alligators alot, but I think Kate was a little bored! She fell asleep on the air boat. It was a pretty awesome trip and I'm hooked on cruises! I got kate hooked on them too, he he. We've already started planning our next one. Here's some pictures...

Our hotel in Miami. I'm fast asleep on the bed, after a long flight.
