If there was 1 trait that I would bestow upon the whole world of people, I would grant open-mindedness (unbiased, reasoning, examine-all-facts mentality). But I will break that down into 3 exquisite personal traits that help make up a respectful character and personality. I am being broad, here, but add more if I miss something important!

This is one point on which we disagree.

I view "selflessness" as un utterly, uncompromisingly evil theory.

Why should we be selfless? This is not a rhetorical question. At the root, why should we pursue selflessness? And define selflessness as you perceive it.

Selflessness = living for others. Is that an accurate equation?
Selfless = no self.
Why is happiness only defined as making others happy?
Why should they want to be happy? If you're not deserving of a self-caused happiness, then why is happiness only valid if it is produced by someone else
