A Quick Update
Hello all of you out there in the LiveJournal world!
Man, so much has changed since I last updated. It's been several years, and in that time I've definitely accomplished a lot. First of all, I graduated from college with a Bachelor's of Music in Piano Performance from the University of the Pacific in December 2012. In the last 2 years since I graduated, I've been working as a freelance musician and have continued to live in Stockton, CA. I teach piano lessons, work at two churches (the Cathedral of Annunciation and Holy Cross, both Catholic Churches), accompany many different organizations, including the Modesto Symphony Orchestra Chorus and the Heritage High School Choirs in Brentwood, CA.
It's been a decent few years, but there's still lots of things that haven't gone too well. My piano studio has gone up and down in numbers like crazy, and right now it's at a low, so that's unfortunate.
I LOVE coffee now and when I'm not going to Starbucks, I make it on my Keurig at home. A few of my favorite TV shows are "The Walking Dead", "Bates Motel", and especially "BoJack Horseman" on Netflix, it's hilarious! And I still love "The Big Bang Theory".
I'm 25 years old right now and I'm hoping to go to graduate school in a few years, so I'm going to be working on my piano practicing a lot starting here on out. And, I plan to get in shape a lot more and use the gym a bunch. I have high hopes for 2015 and I am very excited for it!
I'll update more later, I'm a little distracted right now waiting for pizza delivery and watching "BoJack", but I just wanted to make a quick update while 2014 is not up yet! =)
