This Week's (Rotten Tomatoes) Quote:
"Pain is God's megaphone to rouse a deaf world."
According to Rotten Tomatoes, there's a few interesting ratings for current films. They rate movies up to 100% (that being the highest and therefore best rating for a film). I'll give you this week's American release ratings:
78% - The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe -- Starring Tilda Swinton & James McAvoy, directed by Andrew Adamson
80% - Brokeback Mountain -- Starring Jake Gyllenhaal & Heath Ledger, directed by Ang Lee
31% - Memoirs of a Geisha -- starring Zhang Ziyi & Ken Watanabe, directed by Rob Marshall
I'm kinda surprised - Memoirs of a geisha looked good. But i guess that nevver makes a good film...shame really, it was a pretty well loved novel. Well, im still going to see it for myself anyway. and Brokeback Mountain - Better than Narnia? Not that i need any convincing, i was going to see it anyway! (Heheh, nyx! Funny imdb trivia... ^^). I will probably see Narnia, though i've never felt the remotest desire to read the books for some reason.
And yes...today i'm goind to the city. I bought a vest yesterday, and am very much enjoying wearing it. Okay, that was random. And the shift key on my dad's laptop is driving me crazy...Yes.
