Just get a pick-up and find a house "Under construction" /"Being remodeled"
Easiest way to get apliances ever as long as you dont get caught
Seriously

Hahaha holy shit.

I didn't know you had an LJ homie, sweet.
Also: we didn't get the house with the guest house on it, that shit sold super fast. Sorry dude.

Where-a-bouts are the houses "under construction" ? and who pays for what we steal? If it's the big housing corps, I'm down for that. if the homeowners get smacked with the cost, I'm not down.
I'm not down for stealing from individuals or small companies. word?

Pulte Homes pays for theirs. anyways, I have the cheapo studio futon that needs to go end of February if you need furniture.

i work for a home builder. and they're the ones who eat the cost of the replacement.

Our builder waits until the day before closing, though, to avoid theft because by then, the locks are already on the doors. If for some reason, someone breaks in and steals the appliances, however, it will delay the buyer from closing because a final inspection cannot be completed without appliances.

In other words, the builder DOES have to pay for it monetarily but the buyer pays for it by having their home delayed.

hope that helps in anyones decision to rip 'em off! (but im going to say that if you do, go for the stainless steel ones!)

We have a washer/dryer/ and stove for sale. All working. Let us know if you need them. I'm thinking 200 bucks for all three.
