So in a few hours, my wonderful realtor will be at the crib.
The only time I've ever been more nervous/excited was when asking Elisa to marry me.
I'm glad the most nerve-wracking experiences I'll ever experience are happening within months of each other.
Elisa and I are putting our first offer in on a house in the Garfield historic district, basically 7th street south of Roosevelt!!
It's so cute, and it's gonna be super fun to work on.
However. It comes with no appliances... bummer.
So if you bitches know anyone getting rid of or selling(working) washer/dryer/fridge/stove.
I don't care if they match, shit's gonna be GHETTO till I get some shit fixed up and all that anyways, so I'm not sweating it.
So help me out if you know anyone, or point me in the right direction.
I'm SO fucking nervous right now.
It's my only day off in two and a half weeks, and I woke up at 9 cause I couldn't sleep./
