oh the complication of a poetic creation dog0fbagfood September 12 2004, 23:58:32 UTC
Dont sweat it. Every artist or person who expresses themselves fail to extract 100% of his or her original thought. It always comes out different, nothing can ever be how you want it to be, or its never what you think...or seems...or assume, hypothesize, predict, etc. It's the harsh truth, but one thing is for sure...the other person who is absorbing your thoughts doesn't normally sit there and contemplate what it really is that you were trying to create, or how did this person really want me to feel when I hear this. It comes as it is, and all people think differently. You just tell it like it is, and come as you are. A lil Curt Cobain for you, right there.
My point: Maybe you're thinking that everything you write must be exposed to the public. You have a good story but the idea may not look good finalized on paper. ok...dont trash it. save it. put it away so you'll find it a year or so later and use something in it, perhaps make it better. But most of all move on to something else. keep that artistic momentum going, man. Sooner or later it wont be very hard to come up with lines or topics cause you can just review your old shit and make fuckin lemonade!! and we all loves some fucking Leh-mun-aid....straight from the muthafuckin lemon himself. ... I want to squeeze you Steven! your so ripe and juicy with ideas, that I want to fuckin squeeze all the pulp and seeds out of you, and make the biggest coldest mouth watering vat of lemonade history will ever see! oh such lemonade I shall hold high above my head and laugh with evil, as if I have harnessed the power of the sun!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...*cough *hack-hack.....ahem.
Let the pain spill, man. just cause you don't like it, doesn't mean other people wont.
