I got on the phone to the Martin people.  There hasn't been a war, epidemic, or natural disaster; whew!  They're simply running behind schedule.  People need to stop breaking their guitars I guess.  They say a couple more weeks.  As hard as it is to be patient, this is not something I want them to rush.

Well, I'm off on another two-week 'business trip'. I don't know how this one is going to turn out. I'm hoping that I'll get lots of time to study; this UNIX class, by the way, threatens to kick my lily ass. I forgot that today was a holiday and went in to work. I cheated myself out of an hour of sleep. Now I could make myself a big breakfast, but that seems kind of dumb since I'm alone. Oh well, at least I'm up and around and productive. Let's see what I can get done today ( Read more... )
