Interesting Developments
So the one day the guy came in to put in the mantle James Sr. again failed to grab Shadow's collar before opening the door and she took off.
I got too stressed out, came in after trying to find her, then proceeded to tell Donna, "It's been nice having you guys here, but I want you guys out of the house."
Last week in November some relatives of Donna and James Sr. came up from SC, picked up Donna and took her up to Indiana with them. I thought that the reason James Sr wanted to go up to IN during Christmas was to see the kids.
Then after Christmas he proceeds to tell me that Donna isn't going to come back to NC. I was like, "Oh." Then mentally thought to myself that it was because of what I finally said to her face.
I went up to IN since I didn't get to for Christmas the first-ish week in Jan. 3-4 days before I leave James calls me and tells me that his mom and dad are planning on staying up there from now on, but that in March they're going to get a ride back here to get the rest of their stuff.
Needless to say. It's been a LONG time coming. ... Too bad James leaves for overseas again in March.......................
