lol ... lots of people spell it wrong. my previous supervisor was named marian also, and it irritated the hell out of her when people spelled it the male version ... she said it showed a lack of respect.

but seven years being my supervisor, she always spelled my name carole ... never have i ever written my name with an E on the end. i guess she didn't respect me huh? LOL

so anyway ... yeah, i tend to notice things like that :)

I will keep me and my family as safe as possible. Not that I'm skeert of a Jersey ass-womping, cuz I ain't, but still, safe is better! Hopefully, we won't get blown out of Texas ... then you'd have to hunt us down to ass-womp us!

Ahhh, but if you get blown out of Texas in a northeasterly direction, then you are mine, ALL MINE....MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Just tell Jeff to pack some coffee just in case ya do get blown up this way. :D

Dawn, Are you in an area that will be evacuated?

I see that Carol told you Marian left for Stana's daughters. Glad they decided to leave and hope they remain safe.

No, we won't be evacuated. We are about 2 hours west of Houston. We are expecting mondo storms and flooding from the river here in this county. However, the river is 10 miles from us. The lake is close by, but we are much higher up than the lake. Lightning and wind are our biggest problems. I'd hate for us to get blown off the side of this hill and scattered hither and yon!
