I spent some time the other day sorting through photographs, so I could post catch-ups. Then I had to go out to meet my sister. So, of course, I thought I had done it all. It was only when I saw curiouswombat's posts this morning that I realised I had not completed the final and rather essential step and actually posted.

So here I am, belatedly catching up.

This tea caddy was a wedding gift for my parents, and when I was a kid it was always full of loose tea, now, it's always got tea-bags in.  My parents married in 1952, and moved into their first house in 1953 ... it's now 2019, so I am not going to work out how many days that is.  However, other than on holidays it has certainly been used many times ( Read more... )
