Papa was a rollin' stone...
I feel like I have been so busy the past couple of weeks, and yet I can't think of much I've done. Matt and I have started to sell some things on eBay to earn a little extra cash. Thus far, we have yet to make a much of a profit. I have a feeling that once we get the hang of what sells and what doesn't, we will begin to make more money. Eventually (hopefully this weekend), we will start to hit up garage sales in the area buying only what we think will sell for more on eBay. Until then, we are just selling random odds-and-ends that we find cluddering up our lives rather than enhancing them.
The kitty (still no real name -- my fault) has a check-up at the vet tomorrow where she will receive her second set of vaccinations. I also need to ask the vet to check her for a UTI or a bladder infection because she keeps on peeing on beds (human and feline alike). I am trying to take her every couple of hours to all of the litter boxes I have scattered about in hopes that she will learn to use them ALL of the time instead of most of the time. She is really a super sweet kitten though. She loves to be held and to just be near humans. The second you touch her, she starts to purrrrr. She does have another bad habit of batting at my eyes though -- no good. I do not plan on losing my eyesight to a cat!
Still no word on BooksAMillion. The general manager's father is in the hospital, and she is the one that does the hiring, so I've been told to lay off going there to ask for a job again. This eBay thing better start working out or else I'm going to be in a very bad way financially!
