Fruit Bat
Matthew gave me a tortoise-shell kitten for my birthday! She is so adorable (of course). She loves to curl up around our necks like a scarf. I just really like how friendly she is. I hope she stays that way -- I want a lap cat! I haven't named her yet, that is why I keep referring to her as "she." So far, we have been calling her Fruit Bat. I am not sure if that will stick or not. Here is a picture of her.

Books-A-Million is supposed to call me this week to set up an interview with me. Yay! I hope they hire me. I need money, and working at a book store will be pretty sweet. Plus, I wouldn't have to drive far at all because the store is located in Cleveland.
