Today I did have an old lady that just didn't seem to get it, though. We provide you with Television Service, we do NOT control what the stations show. If they decide to change the lineup, it's up to them. If they pull a program last minute, and don't tell us, how are we supposed to change the on screen guide?
And finally. If you decide to unplug your cable box, and call us to come a reconnect it, guess what... WE'RE GOING TO CHARGE YOU! We are a business. It costs us money to send people to your home. So guess what, you get to supplement the costs. Next time, leave well enough alone, watch your Matlock, and talk about the good old days when Ovaltine was a regular commercial jingle.
