Short poem I wrote.

I’m made of glass to you
You can look inside
I realised later
I could break too

I write little poems every now and then. I wrote this for one of my friends. It's about guardian angels. This is what came out:

every soft breeze
that caresses my face
is the touch of an angelchild
that lives in the sky
she plays with the clouds
and blows my tears dry

Just a poem I wrote. I was feeling artistic today. Probably been done before. Meh.

If I was a book
I would like to read myself,
open myself up and read for a while
Take a look inside,
see how many pages I have
Am I a fairytale?
Or a serious novel?
If I was a book
I’d secretly, quietly,
look at the last page first,
see how it ends

This is a poem that I love. It’s called “For Every Journey There Is A Star”. It’s all about hope. There really isn’t enough of it in the world.

For every journey there is a star,
a word, a sign,
a way, a way out,
a way back if you must

a friend, a hand
a house, a home
a book, an image
