Pumpkin Dinner Party...
It's looking like November 20th, but the two dates are Nov. 6th or Nov.20th for the dinner party all about pumpkin. I do need some feedback to know whether or not I am going to be doing this on the sixth or the twentieth, but so far so good. I love pumpkin, and it's the greatest time of the year for it. I need to buy pumpkins and canned pumpkin. It'll be great.
I am trying to make this a mostly veggie friendly event because I am inviting a vegetarian... so, I am using vegetable broth instead of chicken broth in recipes, etc. The thing about squash is that is is filling and tasty. No one will really miss the meat after making some bean and egg/cheese dishes. I hope people can attend, because I'm really looking forward to seeing some people that I haven't in a while.
