Imps: $2.00 shipping in the US unless you buy a ton - then I'll weigh the package and give you a price; otherwhere, tell me where and I'll figure out postage. Bubble mailer, bubble wrap, taped caps, and baggies are all part of the deal. I take any type of PayPal. My feedback is over on the forum - let me know if you want the link.

Levels vary - many of the imps I've received direct from the lab lately have been below label level, oddly enough, and others have been just about brimming. All are at least 75% full.
