Tis the wedding season...
December tends to be just that. People take the time to plan their massively awesome weddings I think because it's when just about everyone is on holiday or is capable of asking for leave. Anuar's was this afternoon. I've gotten used to being such a spectator in this 'sport' and having to deflect the volley of people asking "so... when's your turn?"
OMG... cue me praying for the earth to open me up and swallow me whole before I grab that microphone and tell everyone exactly what I think. Fortunately, I managed a pretty good save. I told them that I would be passing around a donation box for them to contribute to my 'wedding' fund.
Taking the opportunity while I'm here in KL to do a spot of shopping as well... most likely on Monday or Tuesday... for January. I need to look absolutely fabulous for Simi's wedding in India. But right now, everything is tight... Don't make me start talking about other things cos it just feels like I'm going through an unspoken vow of celibacy. Bleargh... So not in the right frame of mind to think about it... maybe sometime in the near future.
