Roller Derby Training

On Monday, I'm going to begin my Roller Derby training regime. I haven't had a lot of time to plan things out, so this week is definitely going to be a practice week. I won't have my weight or measurements posted this week, but next Sunday, I will. Here is my plan for the week:

* Eat and exercise according to this plan (.pdf file) (with a few tweaks)
* Use my Jawbone UP bracelet/cell phone to keep track of my sleep/eating/exercising habits
* Drink at least 64 oz of water per day
* Other than water, drink ONLY black coffee and XS energy drinks (no more than 2 per day!)
* Read the WFTDA Rules of Flat Track Roller Derby, and pass the written rules test (I need an 80% to pass. My last score was 75.55%)
* Attend roller derby practice whenever possible

I guess that's all I've got for now! I'll post again soon, and edit this entry if I think of anything else before I start on Monday! ^_^
