It's been almost two months since I wrote an entry. Academically, I managed to pull off 4 Bs and an incomplete for the semester. The incomplete is my senior project which is not finished at all. Currently, I still can't register for my final semester as an undergrad due to money. For once I wish that I can register on time but Case wants their money as usual. You think after 3 years of going to Case that they would give some slack but that won't happen.
My expected schedule is rather light compared to last semester which I have only one class every day except for Monday. I would have only three classes which means lots of time working on my senior project. The lab is becoming the second home that I have in Cleveland.
During Christmas break, I just relaxed. There was a period from Thursday, December 23 to Wednesday that my house didn't have cable. The internet at home is based off the cable company. Since there was no TV or internet, it was boring but I had games and plenty of DVDs to watch. One of the more interesting stories during break was when my brother and I went shopping. We were on our way back when we saw the opposite side of the highway back up for miles. So we thought there was an accident or something happen to cause the backup. As we continuing driving, we saw no accident or police pullover. Traffic was backup for no reason at all. There were people who getting out their cars trying to figure what was going on. It was funny.
Post-graduation plans are a little up in the air. It all depends where I'm going to grad school and if I get in. I would like to stay at Case and get a Ph.D in Macromolecular Science. I have a backup or two for grad schools. If I don't get in any grad school, then I would try to get a job but where or what is the big problems in that route. Once April rolls around, I should have a better idea what I be doing after graduation.
The city has chosen a bad time to close the Adelbert bridge. Now, walking to class will be more unbearable since it's winter. Hell, it would be if the bridge was closed in the summer. That comment is coming from a person who hates summer with a passion. Today, I'm going to try to see if walking on Cedar is the best way to get the Quad. That bridge is important to everyone who walks from South Side especially to me since Kent Hale Smith is not really a part of the Quad.
Well, it's great to be back in Cleveland. Everyone, have a very late Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. T-minus 13 days until my birthday.
