I just listened to an interview on NPR with General Scott Gration; he's apparently working as a federal envoy to Sudan, dealing with all the problems in Darfur. I hadn't actually heard of him until now.
He didn't answer a single question posed to him, just rambled on with what sounded like pre-memorized, highly generalized statements (even when pressed by the reporter for a straight answer). It was sort of infuriating!
