Laundry and packing is what my day has been about.
Had coffee with L this morning after taking J to the childminder and big kids left for their last day of school. Another friend joined us and we had a pretty fun time till everyone had to leave. Managed to cycle into town with mahoosive amounts of cake and some truffles for a private customer. The cafe peeps were sorry to see me go. Popped into work (well, ex-work now) to drop off another (private) cake order for someone. I went up and said goodbye to JC, too. He told me to pop in when I come back in case he has work for me.
Lunch and more laundry and packing at home. All too soon, it was time to get J from the childminder and so packing has been a bit more sporadic since. Dinner consisted of trying to get rid of open and refrigerated things. I got J ready for bed and (guess what?) there's still more laundry and more packing to do! D has pretty much finished his packing, but I have to finish mine and J's, and to make sure B and M have all their last minute stuff in (I did the bulk of their packing yesterday). We're checking two bags and carrying four smaller ones and a guitar. Yeah, not budging for four months without my Blue...
