Happy birthday to Aaron! He's a whopping 17 years old today!
For those of you who are wondering, which is probably everyone, Aaron is Michael's younger brother. He's awesome - you all should know him. Seriously.
Anyway, today I saw the first episode of Star Wars. I must say that having never seen any of them, I wasn't expecting to be amazed, but it wasn't all that bad. I wasn't bored or anything. How exciting.
Tonight we are going to Frankie's for Aaron's birthday. It was going to just be Michael, Rebecca, Aaron, their Grandpa, and I, but Aaron invited his girlfriend Laura and the Murphys. I'm glad because now there will be more people to take the attention away from me since I really haven't met their gramps. And I love Mrs.Murphy. Adam and Michael have the coolest Moms ever. They are seriously the cool Moms that you see in movies. Don't get me wrong though, I wouldn't trade my Mom for the world - she's the best!
I'll be in Virginia soon. Michael has to work Friday, but he is trying to get somebody to switch shifts with him so he can work the morning shift and we can drive to Jacksonville Friday night, sleep, and wake up and drive to DC. I don't want to do it all on Saturday - that would be 14.5 hours of driving AND if he doesn't get his shifts switched, he'll be working til past midnight which means no waking up early to drive which also means we'll get to VA really late and I don't want to do that. That isn't even taking in all of the stops we will have to make for gas and food, et cetera. Pray that this all works out - :D. I know it will.
