My plans for the next two weeks.
So I woke up around 7:00am and I just got back (7:48) from about a 3 mile bike ride - not too intense, but so peaceful. Nobody is out this morning and it isn't hot or anything; in fact, it is pretty gross outside when looked at by human eyes. It is foggy and rainy, but at the same time - so glorious. I took a detour and visited my old workplace for a pretty long while (the one that my last day was on Friday and I miss it so much that I felt the need to visit it this morning) and that was wonderful. Just the boys were there so that made me happy to start my morning off with the smile's coming from my little men (Drew, Cole, and Will). Shelly asked me for a support letter, which is SUCH an answer to prayer!!! God is so good. Even with all of this nonsense going on with my computer and missing files and broken motherboards, it is so evident that God wants me in Colorado this Summer. Satan is doing his best to make me give up and I am. I have given up and let God take control because this is too big for me. And I have never felt a peace more consuming - it is glorious.
Anyway, this was supposed to be telling you about my plans for the next few weeks. Today I am leaving around 9:00 (yeah right) for Palm Bay. That is where Michael lives if you still don't know. It is about 3 hours from here (but I can make it in 2.5). I'm so very excited because not only will I get to see Michael, but I'll get to see STEPHANIE!!! I'm planning on calling her around 4:00 today to hang out and I cannot wait. So, I'll be down there until Friday and hopefully on Friday Michael and I will drive here to Jax and then we'll leave Saturday morning to drive to Virginia. That is June 5th for all of you who are wondering. I'm thinking we'll visit my Nana or Aunt Suzy and then stay with the Hughes' that night, but I still do not know. I need to get in touch with my Aunt. Anyway, we will be going to DC at least 1 or 2 days while we are up there, but I also have certain people that I HAVE TO see. On Monday I'd like to go to ECS to see some old friends - just FYI. We'll be staying there until the next Monday (June 13) when we'll be driving back here to Jax. How fun.
I CAN'T WAIT TO START THIS ROADTRIPPING ADVENTURE!!! I miss you all up there so much it is CRAZY!
Now I am just delaying and waiting for Meg to get out of the shower. She was supposed to come out with me this morning at 7:00, but she didn't get up so I went. She still hadn't gotten up when I returned and now she still isn't out of the shower. Have I told you guys how grand it has been living with her? It sure has. Last night we stayed up until 1:00am talking. A lot needed to be said. It is like having a sister!!!! I love it! She is always around so we just watch movies, go for walks, sit on the hammock and talk, et cetera! It is so wonderful!!!! Anyway, praise the Lord for all His blessings.
