OK...
SO
someone left there window open on Friday night before he left
so when you have old fasion Rad's and when you leave the window open while they are on...and then a cold snap happens...
well metal ( like 50 year old cast IRON ) has this habbit like all metals of expanding with heat and contracting with cold...this is normal, but when you have Extreme temp's well things break and Crack...Like the Rad. and they leak and Leak and leak..for how long i do not know, much of the floor is coverd in "Whatnot" which is now soaking wet "whatnot" I also had to gut the room so they coudl get in there and cut the rad out and install another one...FUN!!!!
so now there is no more water leaking into the room and into the Bakery....
FUCK...
so it is all fixed now, Myke you have a major cleanning job on your plate cause i am now DONE
on top of that they had to shut off ALL of the rad's in the building to drain them enough to remove them, but that was not a huge issue since there thermostat is on the fritz and there was no heat in the building anyway....
