I had a strange dream last night. The details are a little sketchy now, but I remember being at some weird sort of camp. I couldn't tell what it was, but my work building was on the site, and it was only a short drive (or walk, I can't remember) to the University for classes. I was out playing in the water, and I saw a sea turtle flying through the air. It was soaring for quite some time, then it caught a bird and dove underwater to eat it. I went back to the encampment and told people about it, but people were amazed rather than disbelieving. Then I was wandering around trying to find a place with a vending machine so I could eat. I ended up shopping all night, and then I was concerned that I would be late for, or miss, my first class of the semester. My watch kept telling the wrong time, and I couldn't remember what the class was. Then, I finally remembered that the first class was quantum at 08:00 (this is true), and I found out from someone that it was 07:00. I found some showers and jumped into one. Then, all of a sudden, Tom (my office mate) was there. I was naked in the shower, but I didn't think anything of it. It was like being naked in front of a girl. (This sort of makes sense because when this creepy guy at the second to last conference we went to was hitting on me, Tom saved me, which made me feel like we were buddies.) Anyway, I got dressed and ran up to class, but I was late. I was embarrassed, and that's all I can remember.
That dream probably would not have been so weird if it hadn't been for the flying turtle. Even in water turtles are too slow to think of them flying, besides that, they're too heavy. Now I've really lost it, I critisizing a dream. Time for some breakfast, I think. Toodloo.
