YES. Finally shifted at least half a kilo. 99.5kg/219.5lbs today.
Today is brown rice day on the SH diet, and I'm finding myself afraid of its calorificness...I gulped down two small bowls for breakfast. Coffee the rest of the day and and then 1 bowl for dinner. That should keep me under 800cals for the day.
Now I am going onto a modified low-carb SHesque diet. Because I know ketosis will help me lose the weight quick.
