Still 100. :( When will I start losing again?? But then I know it's ridiculous to expect to lose a kilo a day, or even a pound a day. I've lost about 3 kilos/6-7 lbs in 5 days.
Today I am mostly fasting. If I get desperate I'll have a bowl of SH soup or tomato juice. I've just lost the desire to eat the last few days. Today I've had coffee with skim milk, water, and exercised. 15 mins on fly machine, 5 mins jogging round the lounge, 25 sit ups, 10 push ups. I'll do some weights work later. Dinner will be steak and salad. I'm thinking low carb-low cal-low fat is the way to go, because that's how I lost quickest last time. It's just a matter of restricting and adding tuna fish to the SH soup. Veggies juices instead of fruit juices. And I like V8 juice so that's okay.
