FORMERLY: Drink 32 ounces of water every day.
WHAT: Stop drinking juice. Drink more water.
WHY: I drink (drank) a lot of juice. I love juice. I am a juice junkie. Juice, even if it's all natural and full of fruity goodness, is heavy in sugar. It's not healthy. Also, water is very good for the body, and my doctor has repeatedly told me that I will feel better if I drink more water.
HOW: Bought a 32oz container for handy water-drinking at work, and Justin got me a 28oz one for home... in addition to a big old Brita tank. Then... I just stopped buying juice. I also stopped ordering soda, shakes and sugary drinks with lunch. It's all water all the time. Mostly.
STATUS: Done. I occasionally have a small juice, a few sips of soda or an iced chai, but mostly I just drink water. I still think I should drink more than I do, but I do drink a lot.
