Does this mean diabetics are forced into celebacy? Are diet forms of cake and ice cream such as frozen yogurt equal to a blow-up doll or vibrator?
This could be bad news for diabetics.

Yes actually I would say something like that. Diet forms of cake and ice cream are vastly inferior to real cake and ice cream, so they'd be sort of like a poor substitute for real sex. I think blow up dolls is a pretty good comparison.
