I've always felt that Don't Forget Me is a perfect SPN song. Every time I hear it I think about Sam and Dean and everyone they ever loved and left behind and is perfect for their parting. I'm glad to see it here.

Same here. Especially with that line I mentioned above... it's impossible not to think of the boys. Works for their canon brotherly relationship, for canon platonic and romantic relationships (Dean/Lisa comes to mind first and foremost with the latter) and maybe also for Sam/Dean.
