• Went grocery shopping today and guess what I bought? Pudding!

• I think I may need to clean up my mind. Because normal people probably don't have to hold back a giggle when the check-out clerk says, "Do you want your meat in plastic?" I may also need to grow up. Eventually.

• There's one finished fic that I should get around to posting, but otherwise I've been dry for a while now. I have ideas for writing, but can't focus myself enough to work on any of them. That said, if anyone should happen to want a drabble or ficlet, I would not be opposed to a prompt or several.

• I still have to watch the latest episode of Leverage. And after watching some of the White Collar marathon last weekend, I fully intended to watch the new episode this week. And forgot completely.

• Sign you've lost perspective: you're watching YouTube clips of Days Of Our Lives and Dawson's Creek (bad enough, right?) and NOT cringing. Because as long as Jensen Ackles is shirtless and kissing someone, there's really nothing to complain about, no matter how godawful the material. (Also, I am so not analyzing Jensen's kissing technique. Nope, not at all.)

So, what are you listening to right now?
Mike Doughty - "Pleasure On Credit"

How many songs do you have by this artist?
25

How did you acquire all this music anyways?
Music blogs, friends, and other places that are surely totally legal. *shifty eyes* Oh, and the iTunes store and record stores.

What artist do you have the most songs/albums from?
Looks like R.E.M., Neko Case, Mark Lanegan, Elliott Smith, the Beatles and the Decemberists are the top contenders.

Put it on shuffle, and write the first 5 songs that come up:
1. "Favorite (live on NPR)" - Neko Case
2. "Kecharitomene" - Loreena McKennitt
3. "Modern Love" - David Bowie
4. "I'll Bring It Home To You" - Carla Thomas
5. "Tell Her Tonight" - Franz Ferdinand

What is your favorite song out of those?
"Favorite." Seriously, no pun intended.

Favorite artist?
Meep. Too many! If hard pressed, I'll say the Beatles. But I could never pick just one.

• Happy Birthday, cmonkatiekatie! Hope you're having an excellent day. :)
