SNOW DAY
first major snowfall of the year today....
It's sparked in me one of those -every moment is an absolute joy kind of days; I swear it's like being drugged on a high.
Although there was an REI tent clearance sale this morning I guessed that Troy and B-Rad weren't going due to the piss poor weather so I did not even try to get to our usual 5am meeting time. Instead I headed over at 10 am to see what was left (little).
Blustery chilly wind and swirling snow, moments of sun shining through...... lovely.
Followed that with a snuggly day in of sports (volleyball, snowboard, football) and movies (Dave, Roman Holiday) and hot cocoa.
I cannot adequately describe the actual feeling when I have these days; it's odd knowing that it's not due to sun, melatonin or any other obvious external factors.
It's just the way I'm wired.
Oh, and have so much to log here for my memories including:
Hibearnation
Loft house hunt
Travels
Singlularity (not a black hole)
