The start made me feel really sad. D and Kai seem so happy together, and the way Kai is thinking is pretty much how I am as well. Can't they just keep in touch? It's easier said than done, I know... but if they really wanted to keep what they have, then they would, wouldn't they? Otherwise it seems what they have together is just so irrevelent that they can just let it go and move on. And that makes me feel rather depressed, just the thought of that when you find happiness, you just "let it go" when things don't seem to work out. I thought Kai would at least try and fight for what he wants. I mean, I understand the mechanics as well, that they're both family-oriented and that's the reason why Kai knows D has to leave. But really, I want Kai to be selfish for once and at least try and keep this for himself. :( I really, really like this pairing. I'm usually at ends with character/OC pairings because on the occasion, they are so badly done and not tastetful at all. They seem fake to me mainly, because the OC isn't defined as a character very well, and the relationship just seems to be "there", there's no build-up to it and it annoys me that there seems to be no chemistry between the characters. But this is definitely my favourite pairing that involves an OC. I love it to pieces. It's like, become my OC OTP lol. :') So it makes me sad that the time is approaching for D's departure, and Kai is just... letting him go. *sigh* Though I guess meeting his mother will bring around some new thoughts and situations. I have a theory in mind, but I won't say anything about it for now. I'll see how things go. But I definitely enjoy seeing the D/Kai, even if others don't. ;)

As for the Aoiha... I was not expecting that. Actually, I wasn't expecting there to even be a snippet of Aoiha in this chapter because the previous chapter seemed to be centered around them, what with Aoi asking Uruha to come with him to find his mother and take her back, etc. So, I was pleasantly surprised when they were included and even more happier to see that they have sort-of reconciled with each other. I really hope Aoi doesn't do the dick-move thing and kinda "avoid" the whole thing, you know, as it was a one time thing or something. I can see him doing that, but I think the time is right for them to get back together now. I think Aoi has come to terms with himself and what he needs to do, and now I think he needs Uruha's support (as a friend and as a lover) to welcome his mum back into his life, and accept that the past is the past. I think Aoi does really want his mother in his life right now, and I think he needs that as well. I can actually see them having a proper mother/son relationship as well, or at least something more casual than what they previously had. I mean, what she did was wrong, especially how she raised Aoi, etc. But some people are just not cut out to be parents, and no one is perfect. I think now that she isn't responsible for her son now that he's an adult, their relationship might be a little better. I just really hope she doesn't ruin it all again, especially now.

It makes me really long for them to be back to what they were. Aoi realizing how he treated Uruha was wrong in the last chapter, and I'm annoyed with Uruha yet admiring him for putting up with it, and saying that he'll wait. I mean, there is the idea of Uruha moving on and being with someone who deserves him, who deserves that love and devotion. But clearly, Aoi is the one he loves. And I don't think there is anything wrong with waiting for that person and showing the patience that he has. I would honestly be disappointed with him if he didn't, because his actions now only show how deeply involved he is. I love his character in this. :)

My comment was so long, I had to split it LOL. Here's the rest:

I kinda skipped over the Fuwa/Ruki part the first time I read, because I'm not too interested in their relationship. I don't really have a problem with it, but I find it difficult to see what kind of "chemistry" there is between them. It just seems like they're together for the sake of being together. But I read it the second time around, and it was a funny part to add... but yeah. I felt really bad for Reita at the end. I mean, I guess it just shows that Reita was right - that he was some kind of "prize" for Ruki and Kameyo to win. In all fairness, Ruki has shown absolutely no interest in him now that Kameyo is out of the picture. Why? Because there isn't any competition. It was all a game to him, at least that's what it seems like. He was so into Reita before and now doesn't think twice about him. It's actually kinda upsetting to see how selfish Ruki is about this whole thing. He ruined Reita's marriage for his own desires and now, has just cast him aside because the fun is over. Ruki is happy at the end, and Reita is alone. Maybe Reita likes being single, but it's the fact that Ruki just came into his life and pushed everything out of the way while he did so. :(

So, I feel bad for Reita. I hope he'll be able to find someone who can make him happy as well, because I don't think Ruki deserves him after what he did.

So yeah. There's my super long comment and I hope it makes up for lack of comments by me as well. ^^"
