David Brothers on the pointlessness of "continuity patch" comics
Watch it. A good point he makes.
I think some fans-turned-pro are so consumed by their own desire to explain inconsistencies & the cruft they've come up with that that's actually what they want to do, the story they want to tell.
But to some degree, I think some of these "patch" comics are just another way to get another book out.
