well about that situation.. i dont know what to say. it sucks but what to do.
tml the 1000 trials should be quite interesting...
did a search on the search engines trying to fish up my blog, but i couldnt get any search results.. instead i landed up at the rival schools people talking about training and their worries and competition. well good luck to them lah. may be the best rower win. i never believed in the crap about not talking about your training programmes and maintaining secrecy and all that bullshit. whenever i meet up with tim tay we always exchange stories and attempt to impress on each other the strength of our individual teams. but i like to think that the whole underlying idea is just that all that secrecy and rivalry is just bullshit. you do your own training, you row yourself.. dont always look at the other boats from your own school that's just pure crap. aim for the skies and just row man. yeah sure in the end its a competition but this is just national schools and in the end for all the skullduggery the best will always prevail, so why all that crap?? so yup. i just want to wish all my future competitors the best of luck (though not against me), and what i really really want is a race that got "kick" where it'll be a scintillating fight to the finish. the perfect race.
anyways in the end its a competition and you gotta still focus on the competitors after all, as much as you dont want to. today went down to ahem play play but well. dunno what to say. i was looking at the other schools especially the red fleet.. well perhaps i shouldnt comment on other boat classes since there's still the chinese fleet which i feel would be their main problem to contend with.. just the tourers alone.. for t1 i'm not particularly optimistic.. i'm easing back into form already and from the looks of it their top two rowers are easing on themselves to keep their form till end july, while the other two are still piaing. but at least on what i see it doesnt bode well for us on the whole. but i think i can win it, and i'm going to give myself a chance.
