In need of thigh high boots!
So I need to find in Philadelphia, or close by, a pair of thigh high red boots that are not terribly expensive or have a massive stripper heel.
I've checked Ezone & Lady Love & Passional around South St. I found a few pairs, but they all have the massive stripper heel (well like platform 5" heels) which I will not be able to walk around for a few hours in.

If I can't find what I need, I may just alter a pair of knee high boots. Can I find red patent vinyl fabric anywhere? (I know Joann Fabric sells vinyl fabric close to Halloween...)
