Yesterday it was my birthday. I am now the ripe old age of 30, and let's be fair, it's no different to being 29, 28, 27 or even 26. Life goes on the same!

I am stinking the whole house up with the smell of spiced pumpkin bread. It's been in the oven for about 40mins now, and the smell is glorious. Two things have happened, really. One is that the lady and I have planned out and stuck to some kind of meal plan for a week, and have now planned out a second week. I bought 2 x 2litre bottles of Dr Peper from the Spar local to work recently as I love the stuff and it was cheap (relatively), and have been steadily working away at it over the past few workdays.
