Oh yes, that's right...the largest video gaming conference in the world, available by invitation only. Since I'm the Director of Business Development/Sales/Marketing person for Etcetera Edutainment (the startup company I work at), they're gonna send me. I think you guys know that we do serious games (i.e. video games for training), and this is a great chance to get an advance look at our direct competitors in the serious games space, as well as competitors in the entertainment games space that may consider launching serious games (as some have).
So it's great for market research and competitive intelligence...but, also...I will be a kid in a candy store.
