Another week of suck...
So I haven't posted in a while because last Thursday, my uncle John died. He's not really my uncle, but him and my dad have been best friends for 35 years and Uncle John was always there for my dad no matter what...our families are really close. He had diabetes and had his legs amputated, but he was doing fine - no one saw this coming and he was only 53. The funeral was yesterday and it was a really nice service - he was the one who got my dad interested in the Masons, and they had a Masonic service too.
Kristi's bridal shower was Saturday, and all I have to say is thank god it's over...most of you know her, so you know the situation here.
Rick also officially moved into his new apartment in Crafton last Thursday - wouldn't you know that fate decided to dump on me that way? Tomorrow he picks up the cats and the last of his stuff and we'll be cutting contact for a while - so looks like life will get worse before it gets any better.
