It's 65 here.  How is it 65 in November?!?  Why is it 65 in November? is the better question.  I have to wear tee shirts to class because I get too hot in long sleeves or sweaters - I love sweaters.  I love sweaters and I haven't hardly been able to wear them.  Same with scarves.  Darn weather.  Now it's pouring down rain and the wind sounds like its ripping something apart outside.  But it's still 65.
I went out with Safina, Nick and Zach last night.  It was really fun, we kept the jute box going the entire time and even had a little bit of a dance party going, just the four of us dancing though.  We're just about finished with Othello in Shakespeare, he just has to kill himself (Desdemona was finished off today) and Iago has to go away and then we're done.  Greek was exciting today.  I got in super big trouble today for accidentally popping my gum - she kind'a had a little bit of a freak out attack and pulled out the mean/scary face and spoke very loudly telling me that if I felt the need to do it ever again I could leave the class or she would leave immediately and the lecture would just continue again next week - thus my gum pop would put the class off a whole week.  She was rather rude about it I thought, especially I quickly confessed and said that it wouldn't happen again when she asked who had done it.  Hooray for the return of Mr Hyde.  Islamic was slow but we actually moved along at a pretty good pace so it wasn't too bad - it was even better because I didn't get in trouble.  And my phone ran in the middle of class too - oops, that was totally my fault and I would have understood being called out for that.  But a gum pop?  Anyway, I'm totally (papa tom) over it.
Tonight I'm going to a party at school instead of watching Grey's - I can't even believe that!  It's an 80s party so I basically look like a freak in my pink tee shirt with only one shoulder on, black spandex, a nasty side pony tail and huge hoop earring.  Gotta love the theme parties.  It'll be so funny when my kids dress up to go to 2000 theme parties.  So odd.
Nothing else new here.  I'm doing very well and starting to regret that I have to leave in a month - the city is growing on me.  But I still miss my mountains, clean water and big trees - and all of my peoples.  And peoples is not slang, it's an actual word and I'm using it properly :)  I think my outfit is wearing off on me - I'm starting to be weird.

Big hugs to everyone who needs one tonight.  And kisses to the special few.
