oh lordy...this tsunami disaster is so upsetting. there are more than 155,000 people dead, a ton more injured, 13,000 orphans, thousands of destroyed villages, ugh. people are fucking selling orphans as sex slaves!! thats so fucked up. as if they havent faced enough. this is so sad.
i would never wish this upon anyone. but i still have to say that if this HAD to happen, why did it have to happen to people that are already struggling so much? why doesnt shit like this happen in the united states? i mean, i know no one plans this so i cant fall back on my trusty conspiracy theories this time. but its just so depressing that terrible events such as this almost always happen in places where people are already struggling. god works in mysterious ways, i guess. (or so ive been told)
speaking of which, god must totally hate muslims right now. the entire muslim world is being ripped to pieces and theres nothing that can be done about it. so god- this is so not cool.
