Skuld stirred a little hearing the voice. Her mind tried to remember what had happened. Tensing she pushed the pod open, wary of the enemy being there…
This isn’t anything like dark tech… she thought relaxing only when she found there was no threat. Looking at her clothing she saw it was still the sundress she had been wearing. A thought unfurled her wings, checking them for damage, finding none she folded them back against her back, allowing them to become markings once more. She hated using them, but it was a comfort that they were still there, meant she would be able to call her armor if she needed to, at least she hoped. Her long dark hair covered them as she decided to try walking around. Who ever had kidnapped her from the base of the world tree had gone through a lot of planning to make sure she hadn’t been hurt. You would think that someone would have come to greet me.
Stepping out of the chamber she looked around, all thoughts of being ‘kidnapped’ forgotten as she felt the energy around her. Where ever she was, it was thriving more than anything she was used to. Touching the wall she had to close her eyes a moment…
“Okay… where in Allfather’s name am I?” She was mostly talking to herself, following the trail to the room she seemed to be herded too. The twelve-year-old looking goddess went to the window looking out, ignoring the automated voice for the moment. Pressing her hands to the glass she smiled in amazement at the sight before her.
The automated voice was talking about some sort of ring. Turning she looked over to see the images it was showing, now wishing she hadn’t gotten distracted by the sights. “Wait…” She saw something about not being on Earth anymore. “My sisters are going to kill me….” Running her hand through her hair she sighed. Well, may as well have fun until they come to find me right? Might be the only chance I get to. Looking around she saw a door open. She'd look around for the mortals first, usually they knew where to get things to eat and to sleep, that would take care of the basic needs. She could deal with the rest as soon enough.
