We had heavy rainstorms today. I went out to do some last-minute shopping for presents and supplies for the AniMacon Christmas party tomorrow.

I got soaked, but I got just about everything I needed. I'll be spending the evening making pumpkin pie, wrapping gifts, and decorating the tree. It should be a great day tomorrow.

Caffeinated soap?

Yes, there really is such a thing. Supposed to be 200mg of caffeine per "serving". Does anyone know what the safe level is? Seems it would be especially hard to tell how much you got with the body wash.

Thinkgeek.com has a tradition of advertising phony products on April 1. Last year I fell for their USB Desktop Tanning Center.  Their CaffeDerm patch from 2004 seems to have been ripped off by Disney for Meet The Robinsons.

I made an offer on that foreclosed home Tuesday afternoon. Fannie Mae has yet to respond. No news at all. I'm a bit impatient, but I feel good about this place.

I went shopping today, and saw a display of Pringles Snack Stacks. The sign said:
PRINGLES POTATOE  CHIPS

Good thing he's lying low at a Middle Georgia Publix. He'd never survive a hunting trip with Dick Cheney. :P

The holidays can be a stressful time. The pressure and insanity regarding shopping can make for major hassles. But it's even worse for the people who have to work this time of year.
