Cloches
As much as I love the way they look, I don’t have the right shape of face to wear a flapper cloche like Miss Fisher. My hairline is low, so they end up sitting too far down on my face.
The bubble cloches of the 60s are a different matter, altogether.
I can wear those much higher on my head, and it works with my short hair. I have 3 or 4 of them, one of which is a vintage Christian Dior in hot pink, black, and white. I don’t wear it very often, because I don’t like pink, but it’s pretty cool.
