Gastonomic TMI ahead.
Last night, I made pasta arrabbiata, which is my favorite sauce, and it seemed a little spicier than usual, but not that much. Today, it is going through my system like napalm. And I have to drive to Memphis in 10 minutes.
I used to be able to eat hot, spicy food with little consequence, but now, it seems like anything the least bit spicy turns my lower gastronomic track into Satan's waterslide.
Getting old sucks. :-(
